3. Gift Cards

  • All gift card sales are final.

  • No refunds, exchanges, or cash redemptions will be provided for gift cards.

  • Gift cards must be presented at the time of redemption and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

4. Memberships

  • Membership purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Membership benefits are valid only during the active membership period.

  • Missed appointments or unused benefits do not carry over or accumulate.

5. Treatment Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of our services, all treatments are non-refundable once performed.

  • If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will do our best to address your concerns.

6. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeiture of the session or deposit.
